Responsibility After Shipping
Once your package is transferred to USPS or Canada Post, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For any delivery issues, please contact your local post office directly.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Luxury Hair Silhouette is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are FINAL.

Wrong Item Received?
If you received the wrong product, please email us at luxuryhairsilhouette@gmail.com so we can quickly resolve the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost if the error was on our part.

Product Use Disclaimer
If you have altered the hair in any way — including but not limited to cutting, dyeing, bleaching, perming, lifting, or removing from the weft — this voids any eligibility for exchange or replacement, even if the product appears defective.

If we confirm a product defect upon inspection, we will gladly exchange or replace the item.

If no defect is found, the original product will be returned to you at our expense via Priority Mail, and no replacementwill be issued.

⚠️ Lace Products Policy
Due to the delicate nature of lace items (such as full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals), they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements under any circumstance.

PICKUP POLICY

Accepted Payment Methods
For local pickups, we accept Cash or E-Transfer. Send E-Transfers to: luxuryhairsilhouette@gmail.com using the password "hair". Please include your order number in the message section of the transfer.

Pickup Scheduling
After sending your payment, you must call to confirm a pickup date and time. Pickups will be ready within 2–3 business days from confirmation.

If paying with cash and you fail to confirm your pickup time within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and no items will be held.

Currency Notice
Ensure your total is in CAD (Canadian Dollars) before transferring or bringing cash. Orders paid in USD by mistake may be delayed or cancelled.

LHS STRAIGHT AND WAVY TEXTURES

What to Expect:

• Your extenions will have a slight foral fragrance from our CoWashing before shipment.

Pre-Installation:

• Wash extensions before installation with zip-ties intact.

Installation:

• Use the over and out method, folding the weft in half to keep beards inwards.
• Avoid piercing wefts to prevent shedding. Use a high-quality weft sealant if needed. Cut wefts only when necessary.

Weekly Maintenance:

• CoWash 2-3 times a week to retain moisture and prevent buildup.
• Deep condition with a thick, smoothing conditioner if needed.

CoWash Routine:

1. Part hair into 7-10 sections.
2. Detangle with a wide-tooth comb.
3. Saturate hair with water.
4. Apply conditioner to 1-inch sections and detangle with a Denman brush.
5. Twist or braid and let conditioner sit for 15-20 minutes.
6. Rinse thoroughly, scrunch for waves, and dry with a cotton/microfiber towel or t-shirt.
7. Apply smoothing oil or glossing polish, and air dry.
8. Use an intensive masque or hot oil treatment monthly.

Daily Care:

• Brush or comb to style.
• Apply alcohol-free glossing polish or hair serum for shine and frizz control. CoWash when there's product buildup.
• Always use heat protectant when styling.

Bed-time Care:

• Put hair in a high ponytail or bun, and cover with a satin scarf or bonnet.
• For waves, use flexi-rods. In the morning, comb through and style as needed.

LHS CURLY TEXTURES

What to Expect:

• Bundles have a light floral fragrance from our signature CoWash.
• Hair may need revival after transit. Avoid touching dry hair to prevent tangling and frizz.
• Initial shedding from wefting process is normal and should reduce after a few washes.

Pre-installation:

• Always wash extensions before installation with zip-ties intact. Report any issues immediately.

Installation:

• Use the over and out method. Avoid piercing and cutting wefts to minimize shedding. Seal wefts if desired.

Maintenance:

• CoWash 3 times per week.
• Use moisturizing conditioner, curl sealant/cream, Denman brush, hair clips, and scrunchie.

Routine Care:

1. Section hair into 5-6 parts before wetting.
2. Apply conditioner and detangle with a Denman brush.
3. Deep condition for 15-30 minutes.
4. Rinse, leaving some conditioner in for kinkier textures.
5. For curl definition, use a water/conditioner mix and sealant cream.
6. Scrunch with a cotton t-shirt and dry with a diffuser or air-dry.
