It will take 2-4 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 4 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order ships. For all orders can take between 3-5 business days (not including weekends) for addresses within the GTA and surrounding area. All billing and shipping addresses MUST be the same, we will not ship out your order and the money will be refunded to the credit card within 10 business days.
For all hygienic reasons, all items purchased are FINAL SALE. In the case that you have received the wrong order, please call our customer service (647) 328-3511 so we can quickly resolve the issue. Will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. (wrong item received)
PICK UP POLICY
If you would like to pay cash and don't call and confirm a date and time for your pick up within 24 hours your order will be cancelled and will not be held for you. Please double check that your order price is in CAD not USD, so you can bring/transfer the correct amount.
