SHIPPING POLICY

It will take 2-4 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 4 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order ships. For all orders can take between 3-5 business days (not including weekends) for addresses within the GTA and surrounding area. All billing and shipping addresses MUST be the same, we will not ship out your order and the money will be refunded to the credit card within 10 business days.

RETURN POLICY

For all hygienic reasons, all items purchased are FINAL SALE. We accept do except exchanges, for all extensions and closures that have not been worn, opened, or tampered with. However, if you have problem with an item, please email us at luxuryhairsilhouette@gmail.com.

EXCHANGE

We are pleased to accommodate exchanges within 10 days on all extensions and closures that have not been worn, opened, or tampered with. Please e-mail us at luxuryhairsilhouette@gmail.com to initiate your return and we will be more than happy to assist you further. Please note that you will be responsible for all exchange shipping cost. We highly recommend you sent your return with a tracking option because Luxury H air Silhouette will not be responsible for lost return.

 

Note: please indicate "Return, No Duties" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you. E-mail us at luxuryhairsilhouette@gmail.com and let us know your order #, as well as which texture or length you'd like to exchange for. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back for an exchange. All items will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange, as opened merchandise will not be exchanged.

PICKUP POLICY

Cash or E-Transfers are valid for Pickup. You can E-transfer to luxuryhairsilhouette@gmail.com using the password 'hair'. Please add your order number in the message section of the E-transfer. Once this is done please call to verify when your order will be available for pick up. Please Note this is an alternative option for shipping out. The wait time is still 3-5 Business Days. The pick-up address is 188 Clark Blvd, please do not come without speaking to us first! (Customer Service Number 647-328-3511)
 

If you would like to pay cash and don't call and confirm a date and time for your pick up within 24 hours your order will be cancelled and will not be held for you. Please double check that your order price is in CAD not USD, so you can bring/transfer the correct amount. 

CANCELLATION

It is understandable that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation or time change within 24 hours will be charges 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s). Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure you keep your booking.
